This scheme comprised of the refurbishment works associated with the Male & Female wash rooms at ground and first floors along with associated works to the Changing Places Facility. The works involved the re-modelling of the existing wash rooms to bring them up to date, with new ceramic tiling to the floors and walls alongside new toilet cubicles and vanity units with associated mechanical and electrical works. During the refurbishment works Woodgreen were instructed to install specialist equipment to the Changing Places Facility which consisted of adjustable wash hand basin, specialist hoist and adjustable bench. The works were carried out in 2 phases, thus allowing the museum to operate on a daily basis with minimal disruption to its visitors
